There are no amenities, they struggle with communication and the lease agreement is a complicated thick book. It’s relatively close to everything which is nice. It is high cost.

I enjoyed living at the Den a lot. It is a very quiet and peaceful area which is perfect for people who get lost in books or deep study. The distance was perfect, not too far to be an exhausting walk and not too close to be a boring walk, so I enjoyed that aspect as well.

I love the space that we have here at the Den. Flexx is a great assistance with paying for rent. I wish that the buidling services helping desk would send help sooner to when we put in a repair request.

I like it here, the location is close to my job and my boyfriend, it is quiet and comfortable. I just wish I didn’t feel forced to move out due to being unable to afford 2k if I wanted a single bedroom unit to myself so I wouldn’t have to worry about a random roommate who might let my cat out..
